Designed to raise your Telrad four inches above your telescope’s optical tube, this riser improves ergonomics and viewing comfort—especially on larger scopes where the finder often ends up in awkward positions.

This riser base installs between your existing Telrad finder and its mounting base. It adds four inches of vertical clearance, making it easier to get your eye behind the finder without craning your neck or contorting your body. If you use a Dobsonian or any other scope where the finder ends up low on the tube or in tight spaces, this spacer can make a big difference in usability.
