The Questar Large Astro Pier holds the 7" Questar fork mount/drive base and a 7" Questar optical tube for equatorial operation.

The Questar Large Astro Pier is designed specifically to hold the 7" Questar's fork mount for equatorial operation. It includes a tilt head that has fine adjustments in rotation (azimuth) and elevation (altitude) for polar alignment from 30° to 90° latitude. An optional #29319 wedge adapter allows use at latitudes from 15° to 30°. The Large Astro Pier has folding legs, leveling feet, caster wheels, and a rotatable accessory shelf. it weighs 65 lbs, with an approximate shipping weight of 80 lbs.
