This iOptron secondary dovetail saddle attaches to the iOptron AZ Mount Pro, MiniTower Pro, and MiniTower II altazimuth mounts to allow two scopes to be used on the mount simultaneously.This iOptron secondary dovetail saddle attaches to the iOptron AZ Mount Pro, MiniTower Pro, and MiniTower II altazimuth mounts to allow two telescopes (or a scope and a DSLR camera/lens combination) to be used on the mount simultaneously.


The secondary dovetail saddle mounts on the opposite side of the mount head from the primary scope saddle. It has a Vixen-style dovetail slot that is in line with the normal 10 lb. maximum second scope payload capacity of the mounts. A large hand-tighten knob lets you adjust the vertical orientation of the dovetail and second scope in relation to the primary scope. A second hand-tighten knob lets you balance the second scope by sliding the second scope and its dovetail fore and aft in the secondary dovetail saddle's Vixen-style slot.
