iOptron AZ Mount Pro Li-Ion Battery Charger – 12.6V 2A (#8958)

Designed to recharge. Built to last.

The iOptron #8958 charger is the factory-recommended power supply for recharging the internal lithium-ion battery used in the AZ Mount Pro, HAZ46, and HAZ71 mounts. Whether you need a replacement or a second charger for travel or field use, this compact and reliable unit is built to keep your mount running at full strength night after night.

Tailored Power for iOptron Mounts

This 12.6V DC charger delivers up to 2 amps of current, making it ideal for fully recharging your mount’s onboard battery within a few hours. It features a 2.1mm x 5.5mm barrel connector with center-positive polarity, matching the exact specifications required by iOptron’s internal power systems.

An onboard LED indicator gives you a clear status update during use: red while charging, green when the battery is fully charged.

Built for Field and Worldwide Use

The charger accepts a universal AC input range (100V–240V at 50/60Hz), so it can be used internationally with the appropriate plug adapter. Its compact size and simple design make it easy to store in your gear bag without taking up valuable space.

Important: This charger is intended only for use with compatible iOptron mounts that have internal lithium-ion batteries. It is not designed to charge external power supplies or non-iOptron gear.
