The iOptron 2.2 pound (also know as 1kg) weight is designed to fit on the iOptron SmartEQ mount or the SmartEQ pro.  The counterweight will fit on any counterweight shaft that has a diameter of 16mm.  The locking handknob makes it easy to attach to your counterweight shaft of make minor adjustments in the field.  The current model has a black exterior and is roughly three inches in diameter and one inch tall.
