Celestron Car Battery Cord for All NexStars/Ultima 2000/CG9 Thru CG14/Celestar 8 Deluxe

The Celestron car battery cord is used to connect a Celestron computerized telescope to a DC power supply or car battery.

The Celestron car battery cord can be used to connect the following Celestron telescopes and mounts to a DC power supply or rechargeable battery pack: NexStar SLT, NexStar GT, CGEM, CGEM DX, CGE Pro, CPC, CPC Deluxe, Advanced G, Advanced VX Series. It cannot be used with the basic Celestar 8, C5+, C8+, or Ultima 9/11 telescopes.

In addition to Celestron computerized scopes, the Celestron car battery cord can be used with any telescope that uses a DC power receptacle with an outside diameter of 5.5mm, an inner diameter of 2.1mm, and a "tip positive" polarity. 

The cord has a male cigarette lighter plug adapter at one end and a 5.5mm female plug at the other that plugs into the drive base of your telescope. The cord is 25 feet long, giving you plenty of reach between your telescope and 12V power source.

The Celestron car battery cord can be used to replaced a lost or damaged DC power cord on those scopes and mounts supplied with such a cord as standard equipment, as well a lost or damaged DC power cord on a Celestron Power Tank rechargeable 12VDC battery pack.
