The AstroZap Flexible Dew Shield for the 10" Astro-Tech AT10RC Ritchey-Chrétien is built for visual observers and imagers who need dew control without sacrificing portability or accessory clearance. This model is custom-designed for the AT10RC and features two precision-cut notches to accommodate both top and bottom dovetail rails—making it perfect for scopes equipped with guide scopes, rails, or rings on both axes.
Constructed from lightweight, durable black ABS plastic, the dew shield wraps securely around the front cell of your optical tube and fastens with a Velcro-style closure. The felt-lined interior helps reduce radiative cooling that leads to dew buildup and also suppresses stray light from nearby sources—critical when imaging under less-than-perfect skies.
This dew shield is flexible enough to roll up or flatten for transport and tough enough to stand up to regular use in the field, observatory, or star party circuit.
