Losmandy Vixen-Style 12" Male To Male Dovetail Plate

This Losmandy VMM male to male dovetail plate lets you put Losmandy Vixen-style mounting accessories and secondary equipmenton with a Losmandy DVSBS (side by side dovetail plate) used with an equatorial mount.

This new design male-to-male dovetail is very lightweight - only 7 ounces, compared to its predecessor which weighed a hefty 2.35 pounds. This makes this new VMM ideal for imaging and observing situations where saving weight is critical due to mount payload capacity limits. The Losmandy VMM consists of a hollow four-sided square tube with inward-tapering sides. Each side fits into the dovetail slot in one side of a DVSBS, while the opposite side accepts Losmandy Vixen-style accessories such as the #VA dovetail accessory adapter. It is 12" in length and 1.625" square.
