Accessory to attach a 35mm Minolta camera body (not an auto-focus Maxxum model) to Questar camera adapters only.

Needed for prime focus photography (full lunar discs & terrestrial photography), eyepiece projection photography (planetary & close up shots of the moon), and 35mm deep space photography.
