Moon Map For binoculars and reflectors, weatherproof
Manufacturer Part #
This handy map of the Moon's near side identifies nearly 300 craters by name that you can see in a small telescope (many are also visible in binoculars), plus dozens of other features - such as mountain ranges and the dark maria or "seas" of once-molten lava. The Moon is shown with the north up, the way it appears in binoculars. Rotate it 180°, so that the north is down, and the map shows the Moon the way it appears in Newtonian reflector telescopes. The lunar disk is 10¼ inches in diameter. The map is printed on a weatherproof no-rip plastic material to protect it from dew, spills, and everyday wear and tear for years to come.
