| This 1.25" mirror-type star diagonal lets you change between two different 1.25" eyepieces with the quick turn of a knob on the side of the diagonal, providing instant magnification changes. You can also unthread either 1.25" eyepiece holder tube to reveal standard T-2 42mm threads. These let you attach a 35mm camera using a standard T-ring, allowing you to observe through an eyepiece and immediately switch to a pre-focused camera for imaging. This makes this diagonal an outstanding choice for terrestrial nature photography, lunar occultation photography, solar eclipse photography, etc. The diagonal has a 2" barrel that slides into 2" refractor focuser drawtubes and 2" diagonal adapters on catadioptric scopes (Schmidt-Cassegrains and Maksutov-Cassegrains). The 2" focuser barrel is threaded for 49mm filters (a 49-to-48mm step-down ring will allow use of standard 48mm photographic filters).
