Celestron Omni Plössl eyepieces
The Celestron Omni Plössls are surprisingly economical examples of the classic four-lens symmetrical Plössl design. They work well for very low to very high power observing with all telescope types and at all focal ratios down to f/4. All air-to-glass surfaces are fully multicoated. The lens edges are blackened to reduce internal reflections for higher contrast. They are threaded for standard color and nebula filters and have rubber grip rings and roll-down rubber eyecups to shield the eye from ambient light. Their design makes them equally at home in lunar and planetary observing, for examining nebulas, scanning open clusters. They are a good choice when you want to get the most optical performance that a limited budget will allow.
